Production instruction：
Steam retort is the basic way to sterilize products, it is directly injected into the bottom of the retort for fast and uniform heating. Steam Retort is the oldest method of in-container sterilization used by human. For tin can sterilization, it’s the simplest and most reliable type of retort. It is inherent in the process that all air be evacuated from the retort by flooding the vessel with steam and allowing the air to escape through vent valves. Usually we use Water to cool down.
Advantage：
1. Control system: SIEMENS touch screen and Schneider electric appliance，Huba Pressure sensor and Yamatake Temperature sensor，stable control system ensures that customers can timely find the supply chain in the world to reduce downtime.There is a spare solenoid valve, and the compressed air is first filtered through the oil-water separator to protect the solenoid valve.
2.Retort safety protection:Four safety interlocks. Pot door proximity switch, pot door self-locking cylinder, pot door pressure seal, manual interlock. Also equipped with a quick door open switch to achieve automatic opening and closing of the pot door. If retort door is not closed, will not start process; the door can not be opened if there is pressure inner retort; equipped with safety valve to avoid the ultrahigh retort pressure.
3.Steam is easy to source and has low operating costs.
4. Steam has strong penetrating power and sterilization is easy and thorough.
5. Steam has a large latent heat, and the condensed water is conducive to wet heat sterilization.
6.Steam transportation can rely on its own pressure, which is easy to adjust and easy to manage technically.
