Production instruction：
High temperature and short time sterilization. Two horizontal sterilization pots share a hot water tank, and the two pots are used alternately, with short waiting time and high work efficiency.
Advantage：
1. Energy saving. Hot water is recycled and reused during the sterilization process, saving energy, time and manpower, and reducing production costs.
2. Uniform heat distribution. Using large flow circulating water bath sterilization, there is no temperature cold spot and uniform heat distribution.
3. PLC touch screen fully automatic control, high temperature and pressure control accuracy, friendly human-machine interface, easy operation.
4. For soft packaging products, especially large packaging, the heat penetration speed is fast and the sterilization effect is good.
5. The entire sterilization process is completed automatically in strict accordance with the pre-set process formula.
6. Equipped with gas and electric safety interlocking device, it can effectively prevent misoperation and avoid accidents.
Application：
1. Plastic containers: PP bottles, HDPE bottles.
2. Soft bag packaging: aluminum foil bags, transparent bags, vacuum bags, high temperature cooking bags, etc.
3. Tinplate cans, aluminum cans and glass bottle products
