The Zongzi Cooking pot is composed of a pot body, a pot cover, an opening device, a locking wedge, a safety interlock device, a track sterilization basket, a steam nozzle and several nozzles. The pot cover seal adopts an inflatable silicone rubber heat-resistant sealing ring, which has a long service life. The Zongzi steaming pot has the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time of liquid material, and easy control of heating temperature.
- Indirect heating by circulating steam in coils makes the temperature in the pot uniform.
- The soup in the pot does not need to be discharged when cooking and can be used continuously, saving energy.
- The outer part of the pot is insulated with an insulation layer to prevent heat loss in the pot and high temperature burns during operation.
4) The pot door structure is equipped with a pot door interlock.
5) The pot door is inflatable and sealed, and a sight glass is installed at the upper water level of the pot to facilitate timely replenishment of soup.
6) Multiple devices share one hydraulic station, saving space and reducing costs.
