Measures for handling abnormal conditions in sterilizer


Corrosion prevention measures of sterilizing kettle.

The horizontal sterilizer belongs to the pressure vessel equipment, but with the basic characteristics of its operation steps, it belongs to the pressure vessel equipment that carries alternating loads and intermittently operates from time to time. Therefore, safety production management should be further strengthened, and practical control conditions and safety production management measures should be formulated, which is also a prerequisite for preventing corrosion.

                                                   

When installing a horizontal sterilizer, the pot body can produce a certain tilt Angle (low front and high back) to ensure effective emission of pollution.

Strengthen the management, remove the sewage or dirt in the pot in time, especially when it is disabled, the dry cleanliness of the pot should be maintained.

In order to reduce the oxygen content in the pot, the water supply of the boiler should be filled with equipment, and the time in and out of the car should be as short as possible.

In the normal operation of the sterilizer, the iron hook and other hard objects into the pot regularly, should try to avoid colliding with the pot drum.

The outer rail of the pot should be placed correctly to avoid hitting the pot body. At the same time, the outer rail should be the same as the inner rail as much as possible, and the gap should be as small as possible to ensure the stability of the skip in and out of the pot.

Measures to deal with power failure.

(1) Power failure during exhaust

Turn off the power and the air pressure valve and place it in the pot for heat preservation. After the call is made, the same product tube will be used to extend the exhaust time. The exhaust time depends on the sterilizer temperature of 105°C, and the mercury thermometer shall prevail for disinfection. After disinfection, the finished product is isolated, and the corresponding treatment should be carried out after the microtest results are available.

(2) Power failure during sterilization

Turn off the valve body of the power supply and air pressure, open the temperature raising valve, use the manual steam safety valve to control sterilization and disinfection, reference the real sterilization time of the temperature record table for 12min, and require a little more solid kettle and less empty kettle when filling the time. After sterilization is completed, open the exhaust valve to exhaust steam for 1.5 minutes, open the chilled valve body and drain valve to water cool the pure milk with water in the water storage tank, and ask the quality control department to determine whether there is a need to separate the milk.

(3) Power failure during cooling

Turn off the power supply and air pressure valve, open the large cold valve, small cold valve and water valve, and rely on the water in the storage bucket to continue cooling the milk. After disinfection, check with product management to see if quarantine is required.

(4) Power failure when entering the cage

Turn off the power, unplug the can cleaner tubing, control the lift height with a wrench, put the conveyor belt and on-line milk into the basket, and then feed it into the sterilizer for insulation.
